About

Thank you for considering Collie Early Education Inc for your child’s needs. We understand how important this decision is for you as a parent and would like to reassure you that our team of knowledgeable, dedicated and friendly educators will help you every step of the way. Their continual training throughout the year ensures their knowledge and understanding of each child’s individual needs are met with a high standard of care and good practice.

I invite you to come and see all our wonderful facilities if you haven’t already, to find out how we create a fun, stimulating, loving home from home environment, which provides the very best in childcare and education, where the children are nurtured and to grow as individuals.

Collie Early Education Inc is an association that operates on a “not for profit” basis. Instead its purpose is community and education oriented and as such is eligible to operate as an “Incorporated Association” under WA law. The association has “members” rather than “shareholders”. Members can include parents, guardians, employees or other persons/organisations interested in the welfare of children. Importantly, under law members are not by reason only of their being a member liable in respect of the liabilities of the association. As a parent/carer you are eligible to apply to become a member of the association. Membership entitles you to be invited to and vote at any General Meeting of the association.

The management of the association is vested in a Committee which comprises an elected group of volunteer parent/carers (each being members of the Association), together with an employee representative, a representative from the Dept for Communities and Tia Thomson, the Director. The Collie Early Education Inc Committee meets once a month to discuss the operation of the Centre and provide support to children, parents and staff within the Centre.

Above all, we can assure you that once your child starts in our centre, they will be completely safe and secure, but most of all happy.
